The show is back after a hiatus to promote and tour for my balance compilation. This time we have one legendary producer from spain, Sistema, who´s going to introduce his upcoming album for Natura Sonoris, which is honestly, one of my favourite electronic music albums ever. We are so proud to release it on the label, im sure you´re gonna love it.

This is a quite personal project, i used to make a track every month just for my ears, like a kind of musical diary in order to try new production techniques or just try things i don´t use to do on my tracks, got some interesting stuff indeed, so this year i decided to share this songs with you.
It´s 100% freestyle electronica, the style change depending on my mood. Will make a list of the hardware / software used on every track too.

Sorry for the delay, as you may notice The Labyrinth is no longer a monthly show, the reason why is basically it´s hard to get special guests and good quality exclusive sets every month, so i prefer to release the show just when im 100% sure with it. This could be every 2 months, maybe 3 sometimes, but it´s definitely better for keeping the best quality possible on every show.

my guest this time is Van Hai, a great artist from my label Natura Sonoris. His music is extremely special, so hypnotic, so emotional, you can check out his first album “Intimacy” on Natura Sonoris. My set will feature during the first hour, followed by an exclusive live set from Van Hai specially made for labyrinth. It is a phenomenal journey through his music. Como habreis notado The Labyrinth no es ya un show mensual, la principal razón es que se hace complicado tener un show mensual con invitados especiales y sets exclusivos para el show. Mi intención es mantener la calidad ante todo, asi que solo sacaré un Labyrinth cuando esté seguro al 100% de la calidad de la sesión. Hi there,

Hope you are well, this show is about Chiptunes and it´s a tribute to  Commodore 64, 8 bit sounds, retro videogame soundtracks and all the electronic music that has been influenced by this. I’m a huge fan of this weird music, our guest this month is my good friend Cora Novoa, an artist from my label Natura Sonoris and one of the most interesting upcoming artists in Europe right now. Her music is really related to this kind of sound and melodic style and it´s a great example of how you can show really complex emotions with the most basic electronic sounds. Her exclusive set shows how chiptunes are a big influence for many styles and producers today and it´s also one of my favourite sets of this year.

First you can listen to my set, a little journey through my favourite oldschool videogame soundtracks, from that basic retro sound to producers that use this same musical language today. If you are not into this bizarre but lovely sound, just stop listening, and if you love it as much as I do, welcome and I hope you enjoy it!

This show is about progressive electronic music, a style that has really influenced me since the beginning with bands from the 70′s like Pink Floyd and many others, so i wanted to make a little approach to this sound from an electronic view.

My guest this month is Guy J, a great talent and friend who is involved, like me, in this so called new progressive techno sound, with his amazing releases on Bedrock and other labels. His exclusive Dj set for the Labyrinth is a tribute to the progressive house sound featuring some of his favourite tunes and some of the most important tracks in this style. A wicked journey into this sound just for prog lovers.

As usual you can listen to my set first, with some classic progressive stuff and new unreleased tracks. Hope you like it,
